Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Software Engineer, New Grad (Zara) to work on a full-time basis. The role involves developing scalable backend systems, optimizing algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions. You will contribute to mission-critical infrastructure supporting real-time user experiences across global platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in distributed systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and testing standards.
• Optimize system performance through profiling, debugging, and algorithmic improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
