Framework is partnering with Fauquier County Public Schools to hire Special Education Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with students in a small, supportive classroom environment with eight students and three teachers.
In this role, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact each day—helping students build communication, social, and academic skills in a structured and nurturing setting.

* Small class size (3:8 teacher-to-student ratio) for individualized instruction
* Supportive and collaborative school environment

* Providing individualized instruction and behavioral support for students with Autism
* Implementing and tracking IEP goals
* Collaborating with teachers, families, and service providers
* Using evidence-based strategies to promote communication, social skills, and independence
* Creating a positive, structured classroom environment that encourages student growth
* Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (Master's preferred)
* Valid Virginia Special Education license or eligibility for licensure
* Experience working with students with Autism or developmental disabilities
* Strong communication, collaboration, and behavior management skills
